1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToolVera's free image processing tools at toolvera.in. By using our Service, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. ToolVera reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2 Description of Free Image Tools

ToolVera provides free, browser-based image processing tools:

• AI Background Remover: Removes image backgrounds using the Remove.bg AI API via our secure server proxy. Images are processed in RAM only — never written to disk.
• Free Image Resizer: Resizes images by pixels or percentage entirely in your browser — no server upload required.
• Image Format Converter: Converts between PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC formats in your browser — no server upload required.

All tools are free and provided "as is". They may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ToolVera only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload or process images you do not have rights to use
• Process images containing illegal content, including CSAM
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, IP restrictions, or security measures
• Use automated scripts or bots for bulk image processing without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract server-side API keys
• Use our tools for any activity that violates applicable law

4 Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant ToolVera a limited licence solely to process those images. This expires immediately after processing. Our Content: The ToolVera website, design, code, and branding are intellectual property of ToolVera / Abrarr Talks. Processed Output: Processed images belong entirely to you — ToolVera claims no ownership over any output.

5 Image Processing & Privacy

By uploading an image to the AI Background Remover, you acknowledge:

• Your image is transmitted over HTTPS to our server and held temporarily in RAM (never written to disk)
• Your image is forwarded to Remove.bg API and subject to Remove.bg's Privacy Policy
• Basic metadata (file name, size, format, timestamp) is recorded in a short-term in-memory log (max 200 entries, resets on restart) for operational monitoring
• No image content is stored, sold, or shared beyond Remove.bg for background removal

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

TOOLVERA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. AI background removal quality varies by image. Service availability may be affected by third-party API limitations. We do not guarantee processed files will be free from data loss.

7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLVERA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months (which for free users is $0).

8 Third-Party Services

• Remove.bg: AI background removal — Terms
• Google AdSense: Advertising — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts: Typography — served from Google servers

9 Rate Limiting & Fair Use

The AI Background Remover is rate-limited to 20 requests per hour per IP address. Circumventing this via proxies or automated scripts is a violation. For bulk or commercial usage, please contact us.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
